i'm fascinated by thresholds, in-betweens and mischief. i move through many worlds, yet all of them circle around the same curiosity: how can i playfully embody integrity, and what conditions allow me to grow ever more in intimacy with the present moment?
Tell me more

a decade in entrepreneurship and tech gave me a hunch about what constitutes systems, structures, culture and momentum. it's where i got curious asking difficult questions and discovered the satisfying nature of solving problems - until a burnout veiled my mind, body and senses. i longed to understand the layer underneath the complexity, the relational, the juice, the somatic, the raw, the resonance beyond language. i turned inwards. spent many months in silence and contemplative practice, trained as a somatic practitioner and wilderness guide, discovered music, played like a child, moved my body, cried a lot and founded a nature sanctuary for the empty page between chapters in sicily.
join me as i inquire how to listen more deeply, to trust that which moves through us, and to create deliciousness centered in the heart. sometimes that happens in silence or nature, other times through movement, touch, a conversation, the creative act, or the simple pulse of joy.
to me everything, in the end, is relational alchemy: an ongoing dance of constant expansion and contraction, an exchange with gifts in both directions, a continuum with no past or future. the relational field is the condition without which nothing exists. as we attend to one another we are altered by the attending itself. that which remains is the quiet yearning for our own little sweet spot in this swift, shimmering and puzzling web of life. so we hopefully learn to befriend the urge to leap into the black hole that love is, and to practice dying before we die.
A home for life’s empty pages in-between chapters.
A wild valley in southern Sicily where people come to rest, recharge & reorientate. Il Nido hosts retreats, residencies, and volunteers devoted to simplicity, rewilding, and reconnection. Its work is sustained through a Gratitude Income model, an experiment in generosity and trust rather than transactional reciprocity.
Il Nido was born from my wish to create a sanctuary where the rhythms and cycles of nature become the teacher, and where beauty and belonging can gently recalibrate as well as re-story our daily lives and hearts.

Nature-based learning, ceremony, and reconnection.
As a certified Wilderness and Nature Guide (Naturschule Woniya), I share practices rooted in ancestral knowledge and ecological awareness. We explore sitting in circle, tracking, shelter building, vision quests, wild plants, and the subtle art of listening to the living world. These experiences invite curiosity, resilience, and reverence for the cycles of life.
This page is a small collection of those pathways, the places where my work and life meets.
A synthesis of movement, stillness, energy and awareness.
Certified as a 700-hour RYT Yoga & Meditation teacher, I’ve spent over ten months in complete silence during several meditation retreats and lived one and a half years at the Hridaya Yoga School in France, serving as a karma yogi in permaculture. I enjoy a blend of the clarity from classical tantra, yogic teachings, Advaita, self-inquiry, with the gentleness, attunement, and devotion of bhakti yoga. Breath, energy, and stillness become gateways into the simplicity of being.
Treasure Map

A space for reflection, honesty, and reorientation.
We meet in the fertile space between clarity and confusion. Together we slow down enough to listen for what is true, align with integrity, and allow new forms to take shape. This work blends contemplation, mirroring, meditation, presence, somatics and dialogue. I'm present for part mentorship, part companionship.

Somatic bodywork and grounded nervous system regulation.
As a certified TVM™ Practitioner I guide others through intuitive yet precise touch and breath, helping the body to remember safety an belonging. As tension softens, the nervous system recalibrates, and vitality and flow return. We feel spacious and grounded. Together with your body you learn to remember, how it feels to live from within the body rather than beside it.

Photography as a way of listening.
With a passion for detail, I began with macro and portrait photography back in 2017, later documenting events and weddings. Today, I use photography as a creative practice: layering double exposures, symbols, and story to explore intimacy, beauty, and belonging.
